CCASA reserves the right to cancel your
order if payment is not received in this office within 14 days of
placing your order. If your order is canceled you will be notified at
the email address you entered at checkout. If you still want the items previously ordered you may place another order.
CCASA is not responsible for lost packages. Please select Shipping Insurance or Delivery Confirmation at checkout if you would like either of those options.
CCASA usually ships orders within 1-2 days of receiving payment. Please remember we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
CCASA does not issue refunds unless the item you received is not as described on the store site (wrong item sent, wrong size sent, etc). If you order clothing and want a different size we may let you exchange it if we have the size you need in stock.
